He was pretty excited, right up until we actually got there, then when he reached for my hand to guide him over to where he was supposed to line up, I knew he was a wee bit nervous.
Here he is giving his little subtle wave as they march in. I'll admit, I got a little misty eyed as I was taking pictures at home before we left. I was thinking about how my parents took pictures of me on my first day of school, and now here I am, all 'grown-up', taking picutes of my baby as I send him off to school. I also got a wee bit teary-eyed, as I gave him one last hug before saying good-bye at the school. I don't know why, I know he'll do great, just something to the effect of how the years are flying by, and now they'll probably fly faster, now that he is in school, and all those days at home all these years are now coming to a close, and I hope I spent enough time with him, loving him, and teaching him, and enjoying him.

What a handsome kindergartener! When did he grow to be so big? You'll have to let us know how it all went, for him and you!
Oh man! Kindergarten?! We still have a week before diving into the whole "big school" thing. Can't believe he's already starting. What a cute, cute boy. Go get 'em, Tiger!
