03.25.10

Today.

I was SICK All Night,

So Come Morning, I was Exhausted.

I Sat Like a Weak, Drowsy Bum on the Couch

and Watched JoMama

Exercise Her Extremities Off,

and Man the 6 Kids.

Then I Took a Hot Shower

until My Fingers Were Wrinkly

and Felt MUCH Better.

Then We Made Some BROWNIES:

{But There is MORE Than Meets the EYE, Here}

These are Made with BLACK BEANS.

[You Know, Those Things that are GOOD for Your {HEART}]

Using This Recipe

We didn't Tell the Kids What was in them,

and They BEGGED for More.

We Agreed

They are VERY Good.

We Give them

4.5 Stars

[and Have a LOT Less FAT and CALORIES]

Score.

Oh, how fun that you've got all the little cousins together! I wish I was there witnessing all the cuteness. I'm a big fan of putting healthy things into my kids' food.
I ran spinach through the blender once and added it to whole wheat chocolate chip muffins. All the neighbor kids loved them. Little did they know! tee hee hee!
I've seen the bean recipes, but haven't tried them yet. Can't wait!
