We Spent the Rest of the Weekend

at Black Friday Sales,

We Took My Mom to See

For Her Birthday!

And She Spoiled Us with a Breakfast of

Danish Ableskiver

[aka Pancake Balls]

Oh,

Hi! Would your mom share her recipe for Danish Ableskivers? They looked sooo yummy! I remember having them at my Grandma's when I was young! I'd love to carry on this Danish tradition with my kids and grandkids!

kt, I bought the Lodge cast iron ableskiver pan and the Lodge cast iron cooking cook book (it has a pale green boarder, its about 8"x5"), I use the recipe on the left side in the book. You can use (dare i tell?) Krusteez pancake mix, too. Please carry on the Danish tradition! J's mom

The day before Thanksgiving, the 4 granddaughters that live locally, aged 10-14, came and made the pies: pumpkin, pecan, apple, cherry, and chocolate; made the pastry from scratch! Worked on Personal Progress and family fun! It will be a tradition.

Monogramed plastic cup line up!! You crack me up! We totally have the same thing! Can't be wasting paper cups, now can we?

Does Burley have a Turkey Trot these days?
